About Krozu™
What is Krozu™?
Krozu™ is a “Hierarchical Recursive Workflow Management Platform” which is comprised of a permission-based system to identify and implement a workflow and/or project management plan that relates directly to the way actual business activities are conducted. Through Krozu’s™ comprehensive ability to manage, track, execute and adjust as required; conducted business activity both horizontally and vertically hierarchical, with the unique capability to apply a recursive dynamic for tasks/deliverables (cards) respectively to boards, as the complexity and level of granularity required by the businesses activities represented by the tasks/deliverables. The iteration of the card(s) conversion created through the platform’s recursive capability; can be continuously performed on an infinite basis, augmenting the noted flows of work activities while reporting progress and actions at the respective team based trees of activity within the hierarchical structure of the business.
The Company
The idea for Krozu™ was first developed in early 2019 when the need was recognized to create a project management/workflow business tool that was more closely aligned with and represented the way actual business activities are conducted. It was commonly perceived that the existing project management related business tools currently available on the market, fell short of achieving the facilitation for use in conformity with actual business structure, in relation to business activities conducted. As a result, serious development of Krozu™ was launched to effectively facilitate this recognized need.
The co-founders of Krozu™: Chris Wiggerman and Michael Palandro, tirelessly worked to create Krozu™ to successful completion for market launch in December 2020. The important fundamentals for developing Krozu™ were not only to accommodate a market need; but, also to create a business tool that was not only comprehensive and exacting to meet the management needs for any business, and yet be efficient and easy to use.
The Result
We accomplished what we set out to achieve. All that remains is for businesses to experience the benefits that Krozu™ has brought to the forefront of the business world. The provision of its hierarchical structure allows for the way businesses work including the important aspect of permission-based workflow in the same fashion that a company’s organizational chart would reflect a business’s actual structure. The structural trees of business project and workflow activities represented within Krozu™ also provides and allows for a higher level of team communications through the creation of sub-channels, ensuring context and focused interactions between and within intra-tree and inter-project related activities. In addition, Krozu™ employs the use of a unique time tracking application, providing an accurate method to keep track of actual time conducted, by team members on behalf of projects and/or workflows, through a systemic “Clock-in – Clock-out” functionality; which can be used to facilitate direct billing to clients and for direct payroll preparation.
